A passionate coach and personal development mentor with considerable event management and organisation experience whose international competitive sport experience helps him to "raise the bar" for his clients.

Yvan has translated his personal experiences as an international competitor into helping people to explore their limits, challenge their boundaries and achieve their best. His expertise lies in 1:1 coaching, a stylistic approach that he brings to his work with groups in team development, communication seminars and facilitation of corporate programmes.

He has more than 20 years experience in the field of challenging outdoor activities, management and team development and coaching and facilitation. Yvan works with a wide range of organisations in both French and English and has been working as part of the ChangeMaker International facilitation team with clients as diverse as Swiss Banks, General Motors in Central Europe and Henley Management College in the UK.

Yvan is a former French national downhill ski team & USA Pro Tour racer. He was also selected (from an entry of 70,000 people) to represent France in the arduous "Camel Trophy" (trans-Brazil 4x4 race). He has a management and organisation background having served as Manager of the Club des Sports in the alpine resort where he lives for 14 years; organizing world championships in skiing, mountain-biking and para-gliding and developing a number of young world champions through his coaching schemes.

He is passionate about the Aravis area where he lives in the French Alps and has developed local facilities which include a wide range of activities that can be used for experiential learning projects for all levels of organisations and teams. This includes a "tree chalet" which provides a unique strategic retreat with a view towards Mont Blanc. This passion also extends to helping the local community develop its resources to offer more to the corporate market.

Alongside his management and leadership work Yvan is a fully qualified and registered ski instructor and international ski coach. His clients consider him a truly inspiring coach.
