A Development Consultant and Coach who draws on the skills and knowledge gained from over 15 years experience in the training business to give her a deep understanding of clients' issues.

Cathy has a background as an enthusiastic people focused Training and Development Consultant, a qualified Person Centered Counsellor, experienced Executive Coach, and NLP Master Practitioner. Her personal style is characterised by a lively and enthusiastic approach. Her listening skills are derived from her years as a counsellor and coach; she has a wide understanding of current trends in Performance Development, Talent Management and Business Transformation and her desire to always exceed expectations gives her a great foundation to build relationships.

She has been involved in designing and managing team development events for senior teams and a leadership development workshop for the 'talent pool' of senior managers from a major financial organisation. She piloted a leading edge development programme underpinned by concepts of Emotional Intelligence, which delivered sustainable performance improvement and has used a variety of diagnostic tools as part of team and individual development interventions. Client feedback suggests that they value Cathy's ability to listen, understand and interpret their needs accurately, producing practical solutions that deliver results.

Cathy has spent fifteen years as a consultant working with multi-national organisations. She worked in Training Needs Analysis and in the design of solutions. She also gained broad experience in delivering programmes and acting as a business coach. She is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) trained and has experience of facilitating in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, personal development, coaching, management development, communication, influencing and team development.

When not working Cathy is to be found enjoying the countryside on her horse called Woody or walking in Derbyshire with her two-legged friends with whom she also enjoys Ceroc dancing and sampling fine food and wine.
