ChangeMaker History
Andy Neal and Chris Howe had been running their own training and development businesses when they were recruited into a global project by General Motors in 1994. This experience of working together encouraged them to unite their diverse skills and focus on developing their businesses in parallel whilst also taking the UK franchise for a worldwide training business. After a few successful years, and as the volume of international work grew it became clear that the way forward was to merge the businesses and to create ChangeMaker International Limited. Further growth in recent years has led to the integration of other businesses that enhance the desired strategic direction, and to inviting others to join as owner/directors.

The business model is simple: ChangeMaker has a full-time team of directors with complementary but different skills and experience. We have developed an international team of associate consultants and facilitators to enable world-wide delivery, in local language, and this is supported by a small administration team based at our central office in the English Cotswolds. The result is a highly mobile and flexible organisation, "light on its feet", that can respond quickly to a variety of developmental needs and organisational issues.
