This is our own refinement of the respected concept of Experiential Learning, and is the core ChangeMaker method.
We do not assume solutions; instead we work with real circumstances, or create activities that are metaphors for situations at work.
Then, with expert review and facilitation, we help delegates to articulate their experiences and to draw conclusions that can be directly applied to improving performance at work.
This carefully managed and facilitated process provides individuals and teams with the opportunity to understand and change their behaviour. And allows them to assess its impact on their own success, and the results of others, in moving the business forward.
