A talented facilitator committed to development for his clients Andi leads by example as an enthusiast for continuous professional development and the gaining of international experience.

Welsh by birth (and proud of it!), Andi departed the Hills and Valleys living and working in Spain for the last 14 years. He has over 15 years of experience in training and development, working with people of all levels in organisations from Shop floor through to the boardroom. His Welsh is a little shaky but he works extensively in the Spanish language in Europe and South America and throughout Europe in English. As well as providing programme facilitation Andi works as a coach with individuals and teams to boost performance.

He has trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Transactional Analysis and couples this with thinking skills tools such as Six Hats and Mind Mapping. He has a Diploma in Management and an MBA specialising in Innovation & Change, Business Strategy & Knowledge Management. He qualified in New York for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Firo B instruments. He has completed the ChangeMaker CoachtheCoach training and is certified in the delivery of Lominger's Leadership & Team Architect™ tools. Andi has extensive multicultural experience across all countries in Europe, the USA, UAE, Oman, Russia, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.

With an Outdoor Management Development background Andi was involved, during the 90's, in a Europe wide cultural change programme that used challenge courses and experiential learning as the backbone for supporting business change. He moved permanently to Spain when he became the Course Director at a large experiential training centre near Barcelona. He has maintained his connections with this world and is an experienced designer and builder of Challenge Courses at a number of sites across Europe. Andi is a member of the European Ropes Course Association (ERCA) which is Germany based international standard setting body. He recently built a course for ChangeMaker in Hungary and has acted as our site safety consultant.

In addition to his international commitments, Andi is currently supporting several local initiatives where his Spanish family live. He works for the Chamber of Commerce, advising and coaching start up companies. He designs and rolls out networking events for local entrepreneurs and provides pro-bono management development programmes for local charities.
He lives with his wife and daughter, near Cadiz in the south of Spain and also has offices near Barcelona. He is ChangeMaker's "Spanish connection"; married to Maria who also helps us with local logistics and arrangements.
